This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I thought my Dad was going to receive a great experience, but wow was I wrong! Rude staff that do not check on patients! My Dad fell while there after my Mom had to call and ask the staff to check on him!! He had just had knee surgery and they didn't allow him a walker and didn't give him one either. He pressed the call light many times, oh, his room call light must have been 'out'. Then, to top it off, we were told we could come get him on a certain day (bc we wanted to get him the heck out of there) but of course they even made that a horrible experience and didnt let him out until a day later...If I could give zero stars I would! So disappointing!!

I want to thank the nurses and care staff, Life Enrichment team, and everyone at Faith House for the care provided to my Mom during these COVID months. My family and I have appreciated the many FaceTimes, the new app to schedule visits, and the daily email communication. Keep up the good work, thank you all again.

My dad lives in the long term care house at Victorian village. The staff are very attentive and respectful and take very good care of my dad. I would recommend the facility and like that they offer private rooms to all residents.

This facility needs zero stars. My Mom, although she did have underlying conditions, went to Victoria Village's rehab facility to recover from brain surgery. Her physical therapist, Dane, was unimpressive and in my opinion 'gave up' on her because she had a long road ahead of her. We then asked for another therapist, Renata, and she was great. However, as my Mom was slowly recovering, she contracted Covid-19 from this facility. They did not protect my Mom. As a result, my Son and I had to say good by to her via a FaceTime call in the hospital. She died on April 28th, 2020. The sign in front of Victorian Village says 'Hero's work here'. Some of them were, others were not.

I was an employee at the Victorian Village community for a year and a half, and words cant describe how amazing the staff, care, and therapy are! Everyone that works at this community are very dedicated in their specialities, and it truly makes a difference in a patients rehab experience. Victorian Village offers a wide variety of care needs, such as assisted living, respite care, long term care, and short term rehab. All staff members work as a team, and truly want what is best for their patients and residents. The home like atmosphere also is one of the other many positives this wonderful community offers!!
