We just visited my mother in law for a few days, and found your place to be very comfortable and welcoming. I am grateful that your food is average. But PLEASE make the food better than average. Food is one of the few things your residents can look forward to. Average is not inspiring for them. Its good enough, but seldom brings real joy. They need joy. Hire one inspired chef please!

My older aunt lives in the Independent Living Facility. She had two guests for dinner. ( Myself and my wife). I ordered a double order of the Beef tips and only received the single order. My older aunt was charged for the Chicken Rice Casserole which no one ordered. My aunt and I did not order rice and we got rice. My wife and I ordered the Beef Vegetable Soup and it was only Vegetable Soup. Your staff needs to be more aware of what residents and their guests order. Please change your menus more often.
