facility is very understaffed by very uncaring and unqualified employees. They dont even answer their phones and are nowhere to be found inside the building at all hours of the day. avoid at all cost if you love your family

My son went through the application procedure a few days ago and my sister and boyfriend who where with me were thrilled to know there was a wonderful place like this for my son. Christine, the director of nurses, is kind, caring and so supportive of the residents. You can tell she loves her job and wants the best for the residents. They emphasis living independently and helping each person achieve their potential. The place is well maintained and there are many activities. The food is awesome. So grateful for Stonebridge.

Been living in this place about 5 months, I was very pleased about the staff & the facility but I see this place is going downhill it's been a New Management team Hired, the executive director has been replaced, the dining room has mismanaged funds over their budget the lack of CNA's are noticeably concerning. Always short-staffed. Disappointing.
