If anyone is faced with the task of putting a loved one into a memory care facility I highly recommend Autumn Leaves of Gurnee.The people who care for the residents are the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met.Bea, Jamie ,Angel ,Eddie,Anita, Christina ,Yessi, and Amber have all given my family member love , patients and quality care. If you are looking for a safe loving and caring place Autumn Leaves in Gurnee should be on your list to visit.

Clean, friendly place - it was really tough to put mom in a facility but once we did I saw it was the best for her and we don't have any complaints about Autumn Leaves.
