So tired of the lady that works there being rude. Roy is absolutely amazing and I love dealing with him. He is so helpful! This lady, however, is rude almost every single time I call or on the very rare occasion I get to go there in person. There are times I wish we could get a mailbox so I wouldn't have to deal with her!
