Just hit with a $25,000 fine for not attending to patient and they got brain trauma, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! If this is like the one Petersen Health Care owns in Effingham Illinois I would give it a zero. They do not care about patients, nurses are on their phones at night and let patients sit their own poop for an hour. I know because i experienced it with a friend of mine and calls in the middle of the night!! Terrible terrible terrible

I cant say enough about the caring people at this facility. They give excellent care, the therapy is top notch!
