My Dad Fred was just released from there yesterday and everyone at the facility has been wonderful. He was there for therapy/rehab and did great. Thanks to the therapy department, nurses, kitchen staff, housekeeping and the great communication from Phyllis who always kept me informed! I would recommend this place highly! thanks!

Person sent to your facility for rehabilitation. Your facility called in another dr who talked someone on hospice who can barely see or understand into surgery. Two Dr's had decided not to do surgery but you called in another dr. Then you called person in charge of her medical to home patient already in ambulance person in charge of medical said she did not want operation you had said person sign papers so she could leave for surgery. Hospice dr was very upset by your actions also, you would have been rated zero in my book but that was not option.

Had to stay here for two and a half months this past year after being discharged from the hospital with a diabetic foot ulcer. I had surgery and had a wound vac. Which the nursing staff took care of. Nurses aids, RNs and activities director were knowledgeable and keep me busy while there. Loved the front lobby room where you could see the birds and the family room where you could see the chickens. I've enclosed a few photos. The physical therapists were outstanding and helped with my way back home by making my muscles stronger. The rooms were kept very clean with daily housekeeping. If I need assistance again after a hospital stay, I would definitely consider Farmington Country Manor.
