Is Vince or Cris ever coming back?? The Valet guys recently are useless. I havent seen Vince in months, and Cris hasnt been there also. My grandma will be cancelling her Valet service if this issue isnt resolved. I will address the issue with Vicky tomorrow. - Sincerely,Teresa.

Went down today to visit a family member with a couple friends and had a great experience. I enjoyed seeing the success in transition from my families home to the Merion. Likewise, this place looks like its doing great, and I love how caring the merion employees are about their residents and my family. However, the Valet service needs some work. Passed by today and stood in my car for a while and the Valet worker didnt bug to pay attention. STOOD ON HIS PHONE AND NEVER LOOKED UP.!!!! Had to go and park my car myself. This is unacceptable, and they need to go back to how they used to attend us.
