I cant say enough about the good care that my Mom is getting at Heritage Health Care in Elgin. Shes been there for about 3 years now. It is a clean & well maintained facility. Very organized! They always call me if there is any change in her condition & if the Dr. ordered a new prescription for her. The staff is very friendly & they genuinely care about the patients. They have activities & always encourage the patience to participate. My Mom asked me a long time ago to never place her in a Nursing Home & now that she has to be in a home, I was so worried that shed beg me to take her out of there. She has never once asked me to get her out of there. Its such a relief to know that shes getting the best of care & I dont have to constantly worry about her. I highly recommend Heritage Health Care in Elgin, Illinois. Thank you Heritage!!!

The facility is very clean and it definitely passed the smell test. The caregivers are also very nice and they do a great job. My mom was there for 6 months and I believe she was well cared for. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the food could use some improvement.
