Horrible place. If you really do not want your loved ones to die there DO NOT take them here. The staff is rude. Jennifer seemed like the only one to care. It smelled like really bad once you pass the double doors to the rooms of patients. I stood one night it took them over an half an hour to come in the room to help my grandma get her Pjs on. The staff gave my grandma the COVID. They were on lock down for 2 months then she got it and passed away. I watched in the window they left her tray of food on her table without trying to help her eat. Until I knocked on the window and said something. They all seemed to come in the room then since they seen all of our family outside the window. One nurse had no gloves on. No wonder why she got it and many others did too and passed away.

The staff is not courteous to old and helpless patients. Dont even talk about food, no one can eat that type of food. Bedsheets are dirty and they dont care.

The staff is blatantly negligent and rude. I removed my family from this facility as soon as possible for fear of their life. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE.

At first it is really nice. Greeted at check in and directed to the proper room, things were clean, staff were very nice. Then once stettled in no matter what was needed it took more than 10 mts to happen, whether to go to the bathroom or get out of bed for a little movement. First day I saw her we took a walk. The last day in this facility we took her out because we did not agree with anything that they were doing. She was in giving her meds on time, she wasn't walking on time, she wasn't getting her therapy on time, there was never anybody on the floor to Assist her in any way shape or form please do not put anybody you love in this facility.
