The staff does everything possible for the patients. Just ask nicely and they'll try to fulfill any special requests for your diet. My mom had a taste for shrimp and they gave her a plate of shrimp kabobs and rice. Just be nice to the staff and they will always do their best. Thank you and please go a long way.
