My mother was set to move in to Asbury Court right about the time everything shut down due to virus concerns. We were happy with our selection of Asbury Court. It was a good fit for our family. This was confirmed as time went on by the amazing customer service we received from Daniel Barrios. We cant imagine going through this process without his efficiency, kindness and patience. We were updated every step of the way and although there were bumps in the road ,due to the virus, we managed to get everything done with Daniels assistance. At one point there was a problem with transit and he even offered to pick my mother up himself and get her where she needed to be.If Daniel Barrios is representative of the care at Asbury Court, we will be a happy family.

My mother has had two incidents of being left in her unit alone, unattended, and without food or pain meds for hours at a time. I made my concerns known to the Executive director Sarah Pappe. She did acknowledge my concerns and was supposed to do an investigation and get back to me with names so that I can put in a formal complaint with the state, however after 5 phone calls, she still has not gotten back with me. I feel that I am being ignored big time! My advice is not to put your loved ones in this rehab facility!!

Honestly, the experience from the entry to exit was amazing! We appreciate the customer support, service and satisfaction we received from Asbury Court. Our sales Director, Daniel was insightful, informative and welcoming! We believe our mother will be happy at Asbury Court. She loved it when we asked in the door. The guest of Asbury, of which she encountered were very welcoming and made her feel at home. Seeing that weve been on a journey for a while to make sure our mom would be in a place to call home and be comfortable, were extremely thankful and feel blessed.Thank you for your kindness.

I want to Thank Daniel the sales representative for walking me through finding independent living for my mother Ann. He guided us through the process and helped us get help for my Mom. Andy Kalas and team made it all beautiful and brand new! Ready to move in perfect. Thank you.

Honestly I can't even really find the words to describe how grateful I am to Asbury Court for finding help for my mom. Daniel was thorough and addressed all my concerns. The facility is newly renovated and very clean. My mom is already talking about how nice everyone all the people are that work there. I'm excited for the weeks ahead.
