Im a current CNA,and let me say this facility has poor management,And doesnt care about its residents and definitely not the workers,We never lien we have to cut up sheets just to wash the residents up,there is only 1shower bed that we had to share amongst 3 floors,We can never give showers because either were too short,we cant find hoyer pads,or we just dont have towels, you really have to preform miracles working here,No one wants to be held accountable,Matt doesnt care about anything that goes wrong in this facility all he cares about is his bonus he gets,Yolonda the DON never comes out her office but The ADON she cares she speaks to you ask are u ok hows things going, but Ive had a very bad experience working here they have a dining room on the 3rd floor that cant accommodate all its residents, everyone only cares about the 2nd floor as we all call it the money floor, that floor looks totally different than the rest,There was this one girl that was there she use to bring soap for her residents and bleach to clean the beds and when she seen her residents not eating she brought them food, the food here I wouldnt even feed to my dog they have one restorative aide doing all 3 floors,They are overwhelming the staff here and they are gonna keep loosing staff because they dont care,They stay with bed bugs,And they have a bacteria SOMETHING around called ESBL,But they arent even putting the people in isolation I feel so bad for the workers here

This is the worst place I have ever worked....They are so nasty this facility dont care if someone needs to be put on isolation they could know someone is in need of being on isolation and wont do anything there for risk passing things on to other people the cnas are over worked you can have 20 residents a piece and no one cares,Matt the administrator blames the cnas for everything if your co workers dont show up hell blame you if your co workers dont chart hell blame you the DON never comes out her office yet it took me 4 months of working there to know who she was, only time them two are on the floor is if state is in the building they never have lien, ttheyre hoyer lyfts are broke and they wont fix them so its two Hoyers for the entire building you spend most of your day looking for lyfts if you do so happen to get lien its after 11am how do they expect you to provide care with out the things you need, they wont send residents to the hospital,Residents are constantly falling because they dont have the staff to constantly make rounds to check on residents,They went 4hrs without knowing a nurse never showed up for their shift, lets not get me started on hr who office hours are from 2:30-3:30 how is that even possible but I guess any thing is possible when youre the D.O.Ns daughter,I feel so sorry for the residents because to this facility they are just a paycheck

Our Bible study group was there to do a craft with the residents. The care workers that brought the residents in seemed caring. They checked back to see how it was going and complimented the residents on their craft.
