Usually have great service and delivery but now it seems to be a norm for tracking info to say out for delivery then the package couldn't be delivered per customer request. We've never made the requests so I'm not sure what the real issue is. Since this usually happens on Saturday packages won't be delivered until Monday. The worker inside is always rude as well no matter the issue or how nice you are to her.

Our mail is always late or messed up! They didn't even show this Saturday to pick up our going mail it's 3pm and still there with the flag up!. No use the lady inside is a ride a++hole that's covered in cat hair just take your mail to another town.
