The one thing that bothers me is communication. The receptionist doesn't have all the answers. I'm hoping they see this because due to Covid 19 we can't visit our relatives. 2 at a time with masks talking through a window. Why is it only 2 people and why do they need to be over 18. My sister has a lot of family and they want to see her.

Went to Victory Centre of Roseland for an event they had in October. It was really nice. There were pony rides and other animals. The staff there was nice and friendly and made the event nice. Everyone was nice and making sure we felt welcome. My children had a nice time. Looking forward to going again next year if they have it.

Everyone knows each other and it's a friendly atmosphere. Very clean facilities and a lot of fun events to keep you busy.

Where should I start.....I visited this community on a weekend August . I walked around the entire place and from corner to corner urine smells hit me in the face. The lady showing (Michelle) me around was nice but she was not professional at all. The place needs to be updated. I called after couldnt get anyone one the phone. I wanted to speak to someone about my experience. I was place on hold to speak to the building manager. La something was the name and I kept getting put on hold and no one picked up the line to speak to me. I left a message at the desk and still no call back. Either way from what I see the place is outdated. Residents dont seem to be enjoying being there. A little lady in a chair followed me around and kept asking questions and saying she was so hungry. I dont need a call back now I found a nice place for my loved one. I would not choose this place from what I experienced. You would think that the building manager would call back or get in the phone. I have was left with the impression that who ever runs this place must be a real piece of work. The best thing I saw in this building was the kitchen it smelled real bad on the walk to it, I left with a ruined sense of smell. I love to see what others think.
