My parents have lived in the Senior Suites for several years, since the building was built. Management services continue to go down, no security, and the manager does not know how to communicate with the elderly.

I have been calling senior suites for four days. i have left numerous messages. I haven't received a call back yet. I am trying to come tour the home before I place my family member. I am wondering does anyone work at Senior suites. Not go for business if families would like their loved one to come live there.
