The worse customer service in the world. They will hang up on you and dont care that you are trying to do a well being check on the ones you love. Not only that they would not allow the bedding company to deliver a bed and comforters that was in desperate need for a resident....shame on this place. Julia was very very rude and kept hanging up because i asked for the management phone number to the office and was given the same number that she would answer and say her name and the name of the residence and then she would hang up.....who does that.....terrible people to deal with and lile i said the worse customer service ever. Sad just sad
