From my experience don't trust the manger (quanita Soto) after I cleaned the apt down she spits right on my clean rug shows no respect for nobody- ever see inside her house( roaches) when I clean top to bottom make it look presentable she should go home and start cleaning(I am not her maid)! She even orders people around

I wanted to move there but the woman Juanita Solo had so many rules ans \ had to do so much before i got in there. I gave her a $ 75 dollar check. She onlt made 1 call to check my credit It felt like it was more of a jail wirh sll the rules She said no mam no refunds. I tried stopping thw check but it was too late. Dont live here! The neigh3 is not so good and u pay extra for electric so its not thst good for seniors only if u have a large income coming in!!

The prior reviews are over a year old. My daughter was on disability and lived there for the past year. She found the management to be petty and rude. She chose to move out and rent a regular apartment rather than be bullied by management. She left her apartment clean and in good order and was told that her security deposit would be refunded in two weeks. That did not happen.
