I applied for a position there was emailed that they were going to do interviews but was never emailed either way, .When I called back I was told they had already hired for said position only after I called 3 times after being hung up on . My suggestion is that they need to follow up on potential hires, and be professional about how they run their business, . And many businesses like these wonder why it's hard to find good help in Springfield.

I absolutely Love The Residents and some of My Coworkers But The New Wellness Director VERY DIRESPECTFUL Talks And Treats Staff As Were Beneath Her. Patrick Was ok They Have Their Favorite Picks Around There And id You Have A Problem With One Of Their Picks Then They Have A Problem With You! They Don't Have Enough Overnight Staff So If You Need ToCall Off Or Have An Emergency You Have To Find Your own Coverage Or You Will Be Disiplined! The Villa Of South Park Is Over All A Great Place To Work If They Had Different Management Their have lost 3 people in one month because of that.... Let's See How This Goes!!! Backlash At Is At An All Time High At That Place Once You Leave Then The Rumors And The Stories Start I've Heard So Much About Previous Employees I Feel Like I Know Them Personally...
