Timberpoint Health Care Center

Well I went to work as a new hire in the kitchen work hard for over 5 hrs and couldn't continue because of back pain Timberpoint nursing home refuses to pay me for the 5 1/2 hours I worked. Any suggestions on how to get the money they owe me. Very unprofessional ppl. Thanks for any advise.

I wouldnt take my worst enemy to this facility! If you love your family members at all find a better facility than this place. Forgot my mothers meals not once but twice. The cnas were rude and the room was disgusting.

My mom was sent here when she lost feeling in her legs and arms. When it was time to eat they dropped off the trey not cranking her old crank bed for her to sit up not aetting up a trey didn't make sure she had water let alone ask her if she wanted tea. My mom asked the nurse what medicine she was taking the nurse said i dont know a smaller asian nurse. How dont you no? You took the tab out. When picking up belongings we was told it was in a bag in the basement staff didnt go get it. When moved they left belongings in old room. I asked for ice water i i got ler in a room toget my own. She was not changed properly. Although this place might be closer your family member would be better off further away less visits maybe but has tobe better than here my mother wont be going back she will be moving further from me. This is are all abuse someone needs to be these residents advocates and get this rude lazy staff up to code there was a few good nurses as well as im sure a handful of good cnas but our overall experience was awful. The staff didnt know how to answer calls even heard them laughing about it while i waited and had to call back multiple times to speak to my mother. Bedside manner rude i asked for a pbj and was told she woulr have to ask supervisor .

Horrible experience do not recommend. Impossible to get ahold of anybody !
