Was not pleased! Theres only two options around here south of here or in Indiana. Would not recommend.

This facility has the RUDEST customer service akills I have ever encountered. They are very unprofessional when talking to a family member. They only know one side of my relationship with my mother. Frankly their opinion of me doesnt matter and they arent really getting paid to voice their opinion to me! They obviously dont have the skills to be neutral when speaking to family. Connie the social worker and a nurse Shannon top the rude chart! Wonder what goes on behind the scenes with residents. Bet its not all smiles! I have worked in nursing homes since I was 15 years old AND NEVER would dream of giving the rudeness this place gives. Thats a good way of GETTING fired in a TOP 5 star FACILITY like the ones I've worked in! I would give 0 stars if I could. Read their results of the state surveys. That tells it all!
