Ive been here two hours. I could not get dinner, diabetic snack, nighttime meds. The air conditioning is not working, blinds fell out window when I got here,and there was poop left on toilet before I even got here. The nicest thing so far was a nurse who made me smile when I wanted to cry. My asthma and strengthening is why Im here. Not even oxygen to connect to wall for breathing treatments. All the things I was told were not accurate.

such a shxt head staff. no offense to the 3 or 4 ppl that work there and actually care about the people living there.

The experience in the facility is excellent I have worked here as privately home there just no words to express how wonderful the experience has been here clean and very well organized to suit any kind living place for our seniors a place they feel safe and at home
