The administrators and workers were all compassionate, caring, and helpful. They went out of their way to help the whole family not just my mother. They worked seamlessly with hospice, insurance, and other agencies. They made a difficult time bearable.

Amada doesn't care about their employees and whether the employees are provided with gloves and masks during the virus. They put the employees in the middle. UNBELIEVABLE by putting their health in jeopardy like that!!! Too cheap to provide them

A Blessing to use Amada (Review by Paul Guske, MD, FACS, FASMBS Surgeon) I have been working in the healthcare field as a General Surgeon for over 20 years and recently required help for my parents. Amada came through at a time when we needed considerable assistance. They were very professional and I felt very comfortable having them care for my parents, in their own home, in their time of need. The software technology that only Amada has, did an amazing job of selecting the Caregivers for both my father and my mother. The Caregivers put the needs and interests of my parents as their main interest, while maintaining the focus of safety, with the care of my parents being their priority. The Veteran (military) Caregiver Dave brought immediate camaraderie to my Veteran father (Korea). Although Dave was quite a bit younger, the military bond was immediate. Debbie also quickly formed a bond with my mother of trust and respect and they began more initiating more social interactions together. The Amada team was immediately responsive to all needs that surfaced for both of my parents. When we needed to increase the care to 24/7 on a couple of occasions, Amada was immediately able to flex the schedules and be there for us.
