I have worked in other Long Term Care Facilities and this facility by far is the best! The staff are very attentive to the resident's needs and concerns. They treat their resident's like family. The food that is served is very flavorful and when plated looks very appetizing. I personally had my mother n law here and she received the best care any family member could ever ask for. I can't say enough about the care she received. Thank you, Integrity Healthcare of Anna. Keep up the great work!

Very professional and loving staff! Anna Integrity is definitely home away from home. Everyone there is family and treats everyone as such! The therapy department is definitely amazing as well. Very clean. This place is a must for any long term or short term needs.
