Administration is completely inept. Long story short- They strung us along, took money from us for residents they didn't even have, then turned the residents away when they finally got there due to horrible mismanagement of their medical records. Save yourself some time/money/grief and go anywhere else.

Its nice to meet people who truly care about whats important to you. I had questions about how to prepare for the future with my parents and the guidance was very thoughtful, when we are ready to make the move I feel I will be better prepared.
