Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates

The people who work there are not very hospitable and caring in the rehab part of the building. Their were two people working at the receptionist desk who didnt acknowledge anyone who came into the building. They were busy talking to each other with their heads down. Meal time is a depressing part of the day. Music isnt played in the background. The staff are not very friendly and helpful. They just put on a fake smile and dont interact with any of the guests. The workers reminded me of retail associates who just cared about what was supposed to get done and not bothering to do anything else. They dont even pick up the dining area very well. I have a family member stay their to heal from surgery and she became so deoresssed because they dont do periodic checkups on the patients. To make sure they are okay and its a senior assistant living building. I am so glad that she is leaving that horrible place and would advise people to never stay there.

This place is no good at all! If you care about your loved ones, dont subject them to this geriatric rent mill. My grandmother had a cold and was running a fever. They would only give her one Tylenol every six hours. An adult human! Give me a break! When we asked to give her another to control the fever they refused and told my mother to take her to the ER. Which we did, but it leaves me to wonder what the thousands of dollars a month is for... its certainly not going toward empathy, dignity, or quality care for my loved ones. They wont care about yours either. If you love them, find somewhere else where they are capable, caring, and respectful. Im convinced all the staff care about is their paycheck, their lunch break, and quitting time. One star is generous.

What a Great place!! My Mom was there for 3 weeks of rehab and the staff is so kind and caring! The rehab program was Amazing! Thank You Karcher Estates!
