I deliver here all the time, everyone is friendly and the apartments look great, not sure why all the hate on the management, they are doing great on the property

Management is rude and unwilling to work with you. Be warned they are very rude and judgemental.

We have really liked living here. Management is great. Place is clean. Maintenance is quick to respond. Paperwork isn't the funnest thing in the world but for the amount of money we save doing it it's totally worth it. If you never want to hear your neighbors then your best bet is buying a house with several acres of land surrounding it. The noise level here is very mild compared to a lot of my friends who live in other places in Moscow. Apologetically, we are probably the noisiest of all our neighbors...trust me, we would love the kid to be quiet too.
