I run a company called Grannie on the Move. We specialize in helping seniors find the care they need. We are VERY impressed with the team at Meridian Meadows and very thankful they are now officially open! The administrator, Tomi, is excellent to work with. We worked with her before at another facility where she did a fabulous job making sure her patients were all cared for well and treated like family. Meridian Meadows has been great as well. Tomi and her team have treated our clients and their families very well and put their minds at ease during a tough transition time.
