the staff are excellent and kind. I was there for rehab for only 16 days. I will never be a patient there again. They have a horrible ant problem and dont take care of it untill it happens. Like in my bed and everywheres. They wanted to spray my room i ssid no. So while i was in PT they dusted my whole room. I had my Dr. remove me that day and went home

The Royal Plaza/ Lewiston, ID staff are the most caring professionals that Ive had the pleasure to meet. My parents transitioned into the facility 2 years ago and the staff, from the moment of introduction to now, have proved to be everything that I would want in an assisted living environment for my parents. Mary and her staff go above self to provide the most excellent care and service to the residents. I am confident in their ability to provide safety, security and specialized care to my loved ones.My parents truly feel that they are valued members of an awesome family unit where the overall atmosphere is of compassion and acceptance.

I love the bond we have here with residents and employees!! This is a great place for your loved one when the time comes and you can no longer care for them on your own. We make it our priority for you to know we got your back!!! And we care for them like they are our own family!!! Awesome place and awesome management!!!

I have worked here for almost 20 years, the residents are always going and doing lunches, shopping and special trips... our activity department is very active.. which makes our residents very happy... and really that is why we are here... We have several staff here at a Royal Plaza Retirement that are entering the 20 + years of service to our residents, caring and compassion for our residents is our top priority.. I for one have sat and learned of their life stories and their history that they have lived through. Such an exciting time... from horse and buggy to landing on the moon to breaking the sound barrier. Now that their life is coming into their golden years we take pride in making our facility the best ever.
