Great Facility! Visited here before and seems really nice.

The administration of this place is a nightmare. Extremely poor communication with the family. In the two weeks my mother has been there I have seen bed/room calls go unanswered for 10+ minutes on multiple occasions, and residents yelling for help. My mentally incompetent mother was allowed to X (She can't write anymore) a DNR, and admissions paperwork cannot be located. The doctor and consulting pharmacist have changed most of her meds, all at the same time so that she is constantly sleepy and confused, as well as depressed and dizzy.They refuse to consider any information from the family regarding care and seem determined to start over from scratch rather than consider information from an informed caregiver.I have never been given any information unless I request it in person, so no schedules, policies, etc are volunteered.There are no social programs, residents just sit or lay in their room all day long.She has only been there 2 weeks and I can already say with absolute certainty that if I had a choice I wouldn't have her there. I wouldn't use them to board a dog!
