As a clinical liaison for a home health and hospice agency here in the valley, I work with many wonderful memory care communities, but Emerson House certainly stands out as one of the best. Their commitment and dedication to providing a loving and caring environment for the residents that call Emerson House home is evident as soon as you walk in the door. I am so lucky to get to meet with the families of some of these wonderful aging folks from time to time. You know right away that they feel completely confident in the care that their loved ones are receiving.

As an Assisted Living Administrator it's important to me to find a community that cares and loves their residents as much as I do. In times that we need to move a resident from assisted to memory care for quality of life Emmerson House is that team for me. Immediately when you walk in you notice how clean and nice it is, and this continues when you walk into the living quarters area and recreation/dining areas. The staff is friendly and seem to be genuinely concerned for the health and safety of the staff.

I have been to several communities and Emerson House always has excellent staff and makes for a pleasant visit! Nice and clean community with outstanding leadership. Would highly recommend to anyone.

When I was researching memory care facilities for my mother-in-law with Alzheimers. I was referred to Emerson house by a friend. After learning at the level of care my mother-in-law required we were unable to afford it. But even after knowing this one of the staff members named Tony genuinely cared about our desperate situation and offered additional resources trying to help. It is a very rare thing for someone to genuinely care enough to offer assistance even when theres no gain for themselves... no sale... without Tonys help I dont think it would be possible for us to have found the right care for my mother-in-law. I will forever be greatful for your human kindness!
