The Cottages of McCall is superb - The entire staff, starting with the Administrator, Sylvia Kober, and including all of the CNA's and the activities director, provide a warm, loving, happy, safe, comfortable, and clean environment. My 96 year old father has been a resident there for 2 years and he loves the care and attention he receives and especially loves Sylvia, who is so good with and to him - she always goes the extra mile for my dad (as she does with ALL of the residents). It gives me great comfort knowing that he receives such loving and skilled care. Moving him to memory care was very difficult for me but Sylvia and her staff have erased every fear I ever had and I am so grateful to all of them.

The cottages broke my wifes civil rights the management is terrible all the good reviews are written by the management we look forward to taking the cottages to court
