Willow Park has been a 'home away from home' for my sister, Louise Holt, who has a neurological disease and broke 'her good arm.' The staff has been wonderful to her and supported her in all her new learning efforts for moving, eating, and general living activities. Mary Hall Smith is such a supporter of hers. She's given suggestions when asked and has been a wonderful resource and friend to her and to all of her family. All of the management team is to be commended for their efforts. As my sister says 'if she has the need for assisted living again, her choice is Willow Park.'

MY sister had a broken leg that required 5 months of recovery after surgery. We placed her in Willow Park and was very grateful for the care and attention that she received while there. They assisted her in every phase of healing and as she became more independent they worked on all aspects of rebuilding her strength. While there, the outpouring of concern and caring was well above great for her. That is what she commented on was the staff made the duration comfortable and pleasant and easier to be away from home for an extended amount of time. I whole heartly recommend Willow Park for anyones love ones as they are great at what they provide for your family.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have a staff working here named christal snow and I have never met her a day in her life but shes a medication aide with this company and I woke up with messages of her calling me ugly. Its bullying behavior and honestly shows what type of person she is and it makes me fear for the residents as well as the other staff that work here who could also possible be affected by her bullying behavior.

Dealt with Mary and Chelsea, they were very helpful with a hard situation with my mom. Timing and money caused me to choose another facility, but had those not been a factor, Willow Park as my first choice. I cannot say enough good things about the staff.
