I love this place for my dad... BUT his room seems to be very dirty! Floors don't get cleaned very often, there has been the same crumbs and fluids spilt on the floor for several days now, dinner tray doesn't get wiped down. I also wish the 'in house' doctors would do rounds and 'see' the patients. It is far and in between before he is seen by a 'real' doctor, the nurses make the decisions.

Had my wife in another highly rated facility that was terrible and transferred to Valley View. A breath of fresh air in comparison. The therapy department is top drawer as are the nurses and CMA's. The food is good too.
