I moved my mom into Aspen a few months ago. She had been living with me for several years. I toured multiple assisted living facilities and was starting to feel like there was no place in Boise that was a good fit for my mom. Until I found Colleen at Aspen. Colleen was very patient with all my emails answering my many questions about my mom's needs. Terri the RN is also very easy to talk with about specific care needs for my mom. The care my mom gets meets her at the level she needs which is appreciated very much. Every time I visit her she tells me how much she likes living here. I cannot express how much that means to me. I know I have very high standards; but she is living here after all !

I had my family member here for respite care in the memory care area. It is a wonderful facility. Multiple staff greeted my family member when he walked in . There are daily activities planned for memory care residents which provide the level of stimulation they need. They have a secure outdoor area that is very nice. Staff treat residents in a very loving, personal way. The food is good and meals are served family style. It is family owned and Scott Jenkins and Colleen Jenkins take great pride in operating a quality facility. It was also a difficult time for me and the staff were supportive of me as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need.
