Ive never worked for a more unprofessional place of employment than this facility. The owner/nurse of this facility treats and speaks to his staff so disrespectfully. The simple fact that he has staff in his building for 12 hours at a time and hes in the building maybe an hour at most every 2 or 3 days shows he doesnt have a clue what is going on with his residents. His bulding wouldn't even pass state regulations right now. Coming from a big facility who followed every protocol and had procedures to be follwed to a tee, Applewood is a sinking ship!!!
