I just wanna say WOW! I came to visit my aunt in Arcadia. But this is not the reason why I'm writing. First I wanna thank this young man of the name 'Jos'? He humbled me and my family. We was on our way to my aunt, when we step in the elevator! Me being me I ask this young man! 'Visiting grandma!?' (Joking) and he response! 'I wish! I wish one day I can give her this! & visiting her here!' I was speechless also my wife with teary eyes. We couldn't tell him, how touching that was too us! Due to he was in a rush! Saying 'Goodnight have a wonderful evening God bless!' My wife & I are so thankful our aunt is in a environment that's so kind. We thank you Arcadia! And your hard working wonderful workers like that young man. Till next time.

I've never been to the place, I actually live in South Florida. I just had to write a quick review because when I called in (multiple times) a woman named Tracy has the happiest, most cheerful tone I've ever heard. Especially for someone working.Her tone was so amazing to me, it made me happy. Give her a call, tell her Jason from Florida said Hi!
