Normally I don't write negative reviews. I understand how a negative review can impact the income of local business. In this case, though, my treatment from this facility is justified.The receptionist Flo was very rude on the phone. I needed to get directions to the office, so I left a message asking for directions. 20 minutes later, Flo called me back and just gave me the address, instead of the directions to the office. I asked how to get there, and she just chastised me for not being in the office, because my appointment was going to start in a minute. She repeated the address again, as if saying the address enough times would let me know where to turn to get to the office from Makaala Street.I had called the office in plenty of time to get the directions and get to my appointment on-time, had I known where to go. Flo's refusal to answer my question, being rude about it, and blaming me for being 5 minutes away from the office is not a great first impression. I have enough stress in healing from a recent trauma. I don't need a medical receptionist to add to it. They should know better.

Both my parents are in Life Care, I just lost my Dad last Month best man ever! Life Care made it easy for us help my Mom...
