Place is horrible ! The staff is lazy and have no COMPASSION for the residents !! Management is horrible, they're full of it and they lie to get what they want! If you want your mom/dad to sit in his/her wet/doodoo diaper throughout the day, this is the place to go! All they want is your money, the care is really poor, the staff are rude and mean towards the residents ! How do I know? Used to work there for the past 10yrs! I had to quit because the environment itself isn't what you all think it is. If you love your kupuna, pls look after them! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!
