Brickmont of Woodstock

I honestly have to say that this location has been the best that I have found for all of the services offered/included and pricing for my mother's budget. We have been looking for a little while and I cannot say enough great things about Brickmont Woodstock. The staff is immensely helpful and caring. The Wellness Nurse and the Executive Director are also so wonderful to work with - they truly care and show this through their willingness to help and the kindness that they exhibit towards my mother as well as our family. Also, The food that is prepared by the chef and culinary staff in the kitchen is remarkable! My mother was an excellent cook so I am pleased that she gets to continue to enjoy exceptional meals daily. The community and grounds are always clean. The building and hallways are always clean and fresh smelling. My mom enjoys this as well as her apartment and laundry being cleaned weekly by the housekeeping staff at the community. My mom always brags about how she would never have thought that she would be living this resort lifestyle with service at her fingertips! She is absolutely so happy! She never wants to leave to visit at my house, instead, she always wants me to come to hers! :) Which gives me so much peace to know she enjoys her home! As of recent, it has been a little harder to visit regularly with covid19 happening but I could not be more thankful for mom's safety that Brickmont has provided. They have been very thorough in employee screenings as well as when I drop off essential items for mom at the front lobby. I am so pleased with Brickmont Woodstock because they have remained covid free during these trying past few months and have taken all of the additional precautions needed to provide extra sanitary practices for the well being my mom, but her precious neighbors too. I can't wait to be able to hug mom again. I know that we are all in this together. As I said before, there are so many wonderful things I can say about Brickmont Woodstock...Overall, it is so wonderful and our family is truly pleased!

We moved mother into Brickmont Woodstock before the whole Covid ordeal and she stayed there until the end. We had a few questions surrounding the negative reviews that were written and quickly learned that it had to be a disgruntled employee.. After meeting with the Director we found that she was very compassionate and had a sincere desire to work with seniors. The staff is pleasant and took great care of mother. The building is clean and we never smelled urine or feces when we visited. We went to Brickmont at a stressful and emotional time and the people there put our minds at ease. I encourage families in need to give them a chance. If I had it all to do again, I'd choose them every time. Great job at being Covid free during this exhausting time! God bless you all!

Don't listen to the negative reviews. Give them a call! I didn't realize someone wrote such awful things about those precious people there until I referred my friend and she read the reviews. I can't just read this and not speak on their behalf! The Director is one of the sweetest souls you'll ever meet. The staff are the most patient and caring people I've come in contact with and the owner continues to send us updates on what's happening in the community during this entire Covid pandemic. You can't please everyone. I'm just glad my father is safe and happy in memory care going on almost a year now.
