Cons: 1. The second units were built in a hurry and you have appliances that are not installed properly and can fall on you. The doors are not leveled and won't close. I have reported this to the manager on several occasions and the problems haven't been solved. This is a safety hazard!2. Some residents smoke marijuana and cigarettes and the smoke comes into your apartment. Several residents have complained about this issue and it's getting worse.3. The water in my unit doesn't get really hot.Pros:1. This could be nicer, if they hire someone to fix the appliances and doors.2. Its quiet 3. The apartments are spacious.4. The manager says she is handling the situation but I think it's to many units for one person to handle.
