Colonial Gardens and other Medicaid facilities have been recently purchased by new owners. Since this purchase the facilities have been upgraded with new furniture in the living and dining rooms. I have a personal relationship with the Regional Administrator and she is a true professional and ensures that all residents are cared for and that the facilities are always in order. If you are looking for a place for your Mom or Dad, please stop by and tour this facility. You will be impressed!

New ownership has taken over, the staff is friendly and professional, the building is being renovated and updated. I know the residents will be taken care of under the new management.

This place has been taken over by new owners. It has a very loving atmosphere and has been brightened up tremendously. All of the residents are happy that are there.
