Melissa doesn't need to be answering the phone or being in contact with patients or family. My mother is the the hospital with Pnemonia after a 21 day stay at this facility. She was discharged at noon and was admitted to SGMC by 8PM. Called to express concern and wanted to give a heads up to the staff there. Melissa couldnt have cared less and expressed that to me. Overtly rude and unprofessional. She said well since shes not a patient here any longer she couldnt do anything. How about warn the staff so someone else isnt infected?! Asked to speak to her supervisor and was told she 'didnt have one'
