My first visit here when I went to sign an application I ranged the bell twice and was calling the number provided on their website and no one NEVER answered the door or phone. Second time visiting someone answered the door after the second rang. I seen maybe 15 residents and only 2 Employees. And I leave this comment to say this: I can and call this place to check the status of my APPLICATION and no one NEVER answers. The one time they did they said the Hiring lady will not be in in the next few days. Yall clearly NEED THE HELP HERE! I wouldnt dear put my love ones in a place that dont answer the phone. If yall hired more people maybe someone can answer the phone at all times like a Professional business is suppose too and also yall GOOGLE VIEWS will go up because the families will be more pleased.

My mom received excellent care here. She had the onset of dementia, congestive heart failure, and was in a wheelchair. Rachel, the administrator, was wonderful to my mom and Southern Grace Hospice went over and beyond to care for her. I highly recommend Country Gardens .
