My mother was a resident at Arbor Terrace for a year before her passing. We found the entire staff from the office personnel, caregivers, kitchen staff and activities team to be compassionate, professional and very caring to my mother and family. My mother thanked me everyday 'for having such a wonderful place to live'. The staff always included her in activities and social functions and provided professional advice and guidance to us in her care. We appreciated all of their kindness and caring attitude during this past year and I can only express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team of professionals there.
