Nice looking outside environment, wasn't allowed in because pandemic

I was terminated via email along with 100 plus employees and today they are posting the same jobs on indeed wow!!! I have been employed with this company faithfully for 10 plus years. No disciplinary actions no complaints and this is the thanks I get for my faithfulness. Big slap in my face. This company has no loyalty and will not last much longer mark my words. Dont apply here. This is what I was told in my termination email this: As you are well aware, the current pandemic has created dramatic shifts in every area of life for all of us. Park Springs initial response to these shifts was to place our campus in a state of quarantine. At that time, we invited our team members to join us on site, and approximately 70 of our employees accepted that invitation. During our lock-in, we took the opportunity to analyze our processes in place in all areas of our operation. This analysis led us to make the decision to refine our processes and re-structure our organization. As part of that re-structuring, your employment with Park Springs will be terminated, effective Saturday, May 30, 2020.
