I rate this place 5 stars but the assisted so call living department is horrible to the extreme the mistreatment to the residents and staff is so horrible to even mention it all l was employed there l would say three months the head person for the assisted living part her name is Virginia Peterson goes by the name Ann shes a very dishonest person she tell lies to cover up a lot of things that go on in the pcc assisted living floor I have never came across a facility that supposed to be assisted-living retirement community but instruct their employees to not assist the residents where they need it most residents that are in wheelchairs have to push there self you see them struggling and out of breath and want to help them but you are instructed to not help them let them do it bye they self you have residents anywhere from 90 years old to 103 most of them are in that age range Paying a Normas amount of money to get extra help and care that they are not getting at all they are forced to do everything on their own its so bad that the residents cry and she doesnt care at all she put on the biggest front meanwhile the whole department is sloppy seconds all the paperwork is old and out dated theyre new rules daily that does not cater to The operation of service that is ran in that department oh my goodness l can go on an on mainly of the miss treatment to the residents and the staff Its a big cover up roll that she plays all so well meanwhile the residents are crying out for help it used to hurt me to the core of my heart every single day because the residents are declining in the physical health due to the mistreatment and I would tell her but yet she didnt care and fired me because of it and tired to make it seem like something else So sad am telling you this lady Virginia Peterson known as Ann is wicked one that is a disgrace to mankind !!! If you have any family on that floor please check on them daily because the are mentally and physically and emotionally manipulated and unhappy and not receiving the proper care that they pay for and are talked to very harsh and disrespectfully this is something you have to catch in the act because you just would not believe that it is going on And unfortunately when you speak up they get rid of you instead of trying to fix the problem mainly which is the residents they are poorly suffering!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I pray to God that what she is doing and what she has done be exposed in her make believe world and how she lies its like a king cobra snake ready to bite you if l could only ask of one thing if you decide to put your love one there please from the bottom of my heart check on them daily because if you dont they are being traumatized into the mistreatment of not getting the proper care that theyre paying for !!!!!!!!!!! Its so sad please make wise decisions when it comes to your love ones because its soooooo sad and as one voice trying to speak out only does so much ....those residents are not happy at all just ask them to see there opinions are not being considered at all its like okay for a So call Director to lie and make false schedules of activities lie on paperwork make them care for themselves meanwhile she sit back and enjoy the dysfunctional behavior of watching them suffer....
