I would leave zero if an option. My wife worked here for a while with no problems leaving when I found a better job. Upon leaving they told her it was ok to visit the elderly she had become attached to. She went to visit today and that was not the case. My wife would always come home from work talking about how this little sweet lady would tell her she wanted to be watched by her at home. (Most in these places crave home) so my wife not to hurt her feelings would say we will see. Knowing the facts are she probably won't go home sadly. So my wife goes to visit today and they said at first it was fine during the visit someone come back and told her she had to leave and wasnt allowed to visit. The owner or manager whoever claims she told my wife no private sitting is allowed. My wife never private sat on there property at all had no intentions to. And upon leaving my one year old (which the elderly love) always saying he so cute and handsome normally elderly response to a baby. Upon leaving my son would let go of a $2.00 rubber football a couple of workers in the back said it was fine let him take it. We said thank you and proceeded to leave, upon exiting the front door a new employee come to the door and asked if he brought that in. I replied no a couple of workers said he could have it cause he wouldnt let go. She said no we dont do that snatched it from my child and closed the door. Very rude and disrespectful to a person who has never been anything but respectful to EVERYONE there I always thank the older war vets for there service and ask everyone i see how they are doing. I would never take my family member there. Not to mention they pay very little and treat you like garbage if you leave to better your family as tho they own you. Look elsewhere.

I was sorry to see the bad review of one of our ex employees husband but we have the best interest at heart for all of our residents and their families. We do not just ask someone to leave for no reason. the review is false and slander. We treat all our residents and their family with respect. the review is totally false and untrue of the events that lead up to the parties being ask to leave the facility.

I moved in here about four months ago and I really like it. Everyone is very kind and helpful. The building is kept clean. My hips are bad and I have to have some help getting around and everyone is very accommodating. They take us shopping and the food is great! I love not having to cook myself anymore. I feel really lucky to live in such a nice place with such lovely people.

I was saddened to read the response Scott gave on Mary & Martha's Personal Care and I was wondering since he never mentioned if he had a loved one there or not, after reading the post , makes me think he did not. I think M&M is a very nice place, it has a great down home setting, the food is home cooked and good country food. all the staff is so nice and go out of their way to make sure the families and residents are happy, its all like one big family there. the rooms are so clean and it always smells so fresh upon entering the door. the caregivers there are great with all the residents, i think it is a great place to have your love one and feel good knowing they are very well cared for.
