I have worked in Nursing facilities for over 20 years and I will say this is a great facility to work at. Im a very honest person and I will say that just like all facilities and businesses we are definitely not perfect. However, we strive for that goal DAILY! As an employee at this facility I see staff compassionately caring for residents daily. I have seen so many wonderful things happen in this facility and as a person who thrives off of working with seniors, this gives me great joy to see everyday. Our residents are like our family and entrust us to care for themLike we would our own family. WonderfulPlace to work and Im honored to be placed in a position to care for our seniors and enjoy working at Powder springs
