I live across the street and I literally hear screaming and abuse every day and night... the staff are trash and have no respect for life...it is so sad...please don't send your loved here...this place is strait out of 'American Horror Story'

I have a family member here as a result fall and a broken bone, she was sent here for rehab. While the facility seems fairly clean and most of the staff seems friendly, they are overworked and understaffed. If your loved one needs to go to the restroom, you will usually wait a bit before anyone answers the call button, (these are going off constantly and no one answers them) then one placed in the bathroom, they will be told that the aide will return shortly...that may be 45 minutes later. It seems that most everything requires you hurry up and wait, the bathroom in her room was out of tissue, both patients reported that they had no bath tissue, 6 hours later no one had brought any to them. I had to go and insist that they give me a roll for them. Something as simple as tiolet paper, that I might add was located in a room within 6 feet of the nurses station. My family member also had a staff member ask her 'Do you ever smiled, maybe if you did things might seem better.' Most people are there as a result of an injury, so I suspect they may not be thrilled to be there, and so maybe they aren't perky, or smiley, but that comment is completely out of line. Maybe if the treatment and care were better more patients would be smiling, honestly, I see very few people smiling in this place.

They didn't even acknowledge us when we came in . We put her in a wheelchair and left . Anyone can come and go ..noone cares. Don't put snyone you love here
